A Dkara class strings several of those four-minute blocks together with a warm-up and cool down. You burn calories during the session and keep burning after it, you build strength and stamina at the same time, and every move has an easier version — so a first-timer and a regular can train side by side.

New on Saturday mornings: start your weekend at 9 AM at Star Dance Centre, right by Yonge-Sheppard station. Pick every Saturday you're coming, weeks or months ahead. First time? Bring a friend and they come free. Coming regularly? Pay for 4 classes and the 5th is free, CAD $100 for 5.

Before you arrive
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Bring trainers, water, a towel and an exercise mat, and wear comfortable workout clothes. Tell Coach Uduak about any injuries or physical limitations before class.

No. Every movement has a lower-impact version and coaches walk you through it before the clock starts. Most people finish their first class.

You get a link before the session, join live, and the coach can see and correct you. A replay link follows afterwards.
Reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your class. Inside 12 hours the session is counted as used.
